The ideal candidate would be a positive, motivated individual who thrives on streamlining processes, enjoys building and maintaining an upbeat and inspired team, and who gains satisfaction from monitoring hospital performance, setting financial goals and knocking them out of the park. This position comes with a continuing education allowance to ensure we are continually growing and seeing positive changes, a complete health and dental plan (valued at approx. $600), uniforms, two weeks of vacation, 40% off of professional fees for veterinary work on employee’s horses, and WDDC ordering at cost + 10%.
