Volunteer Positions

For those students looking to gain experience in equine veterinary medicine in order to decide on a career path or strengthen their applications for veterinary school, we do take select students for volunteer positions from September - December and from January - April. We do not take volunteers during the summer months as this is the time when our summer students are there to gain experience, and we do not take volunteers on the weekends. We ask volunteers to commit to a certain time each week for several hours between 8-5pm on a certain weekday. The minimum age for volunteers is 15. If you are interested in volunteering, please send a CV along with your availability to office@burwashequine.ca.
